Jeff Pressman
Jeff is captain of the ConvExx ship. He has three wonderful girls, Jill (wife), and daughters, Rachel and Amanda. Graduated Rutgers College in New Jersey and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Hobbies are golf and spending time with his kids. His favorite team is the Vegas Golden Knights. Loves to travel and favorite places he's been are New Zealand and Italy.

Susan Schwartz
Susan Schwartz is a ConvExx founder and a proud graduate of UCLA. Born in San Francisco, she now calls Henderson, Nevada, home. Susan brings passion and dedication to everything she does. Her commitment extends beyond her professional role in the trade show industry to the communities she serves and the place she lives. Outside of work, Susan enjoys teaching as a volunteer, travel, cooking, theatre, classical music, and reading historically based novels.

Chuck Schwartz
Chuck is ConvExx's founder, mentors our team and anyone else who will let him. His wife, Susan, and daughter, Mindi, joined Chuck in forming ConvExx in 2000. Attended The Ohio State University and served in the US army.
Vice President, Sales
Mike Clark
A member of the ConvExx team since 2005, Mike has taken on numerous roles within the company, and implements many of our sales systems. Mike graduated from California State University Northridge. His favorite hobby is golf and watching the Green Bay Packers with his wife and three kids. He loves pizza and his favorite movie is Back to the Future.

Mindi Cherry
One of ConvExx founders, Mindi is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in History and has been in the hospitality industry since graduation. She is passionate about family, travel, live music, Pilates, her cats, spending time with friends and watching sports. Her favorite teams are the Chargers, Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Aces. Now that she and her husband Mark are empty nesters, she hopes to take up some new hobbies including learning to play the guitar.

Jennifer Carr
As an integral ConvExx team member since 2002, Jenn manages all of our contractors, and logistically supervises the construction of our events. Born and raised in Bloomington, Illinois and graduated from Eastern Illinois University. She loves escaping the heat and going camping, RZR riding, swimming, paddleboarding, spending time with friends.

Cassandra "Casie" Stock
Cassandra oversees the registration process for our association accounts and is one of the Event Mangers of FTO Expo. She has been with ConvExx since 2009.

Sheldon Kaye
Sheldon joined ConvExx in 2008 after he graduated from UNLV. Sheldon loves to BBQ and is a Koozie Collector. While Sheldon started working at ConvExx in IT, his passion for the industry and skill sets have led him to be the leader of our Mobile Tech Expo series of events.

Regina Clark
While she has been with ConvExx in Las Vegas since 2003, Regina is a Midwest Girl at heart. Her hometown is Buffalo, Missouri. Her hobbies are guitar, hiking, traveling and learning new things. She loves to travel to new places and learning their history and culture. Her favorite place is the top of Mt. Charleston outside Las Vegas.

Lindsay Schaeffer
While her hometown is Calgary, Alberta, she now resides in Houston with her husband, Ben and her son. As well as her pride and joy, her dog Nobu. Lindsay graduated from University of Alberta. Her hobbies include Pilates, cooking, and being outside. Her favorite place to visit is San Diego.

Melanie Mathis
Melanie has been with ConvExx since 2018. She spends her time watching tv shows with her partner and two kids. Mostly watching shows for the kids but her choice would be older tv shows. She graduated from USC. She likes to read and bake/cook. She enjoys making recipes from games or movies she loves. And she tries to travel as much as she can with her family.

Chris Briare
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chris attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has been working with ConvExx since 2017. Hobbies are photography and vintage technology restoration. His favorite movie is Eraserhead and favorite game is StarCraft II. Most respected person is Robert Fripp and his favorite place to visit is Laguna Beach, California.

Steve "Wheels" Bucaro
“Wheels” lives to make our exhibitors’ lives easier by providing support for first time exhibitors as well as current ones. Born/Raised, Antelope Valley, California. His passions are all of his vehicles and Motorcycles. Favorite movie is Dazed and Confused. Favorite quote “Everything happens for a reason”. Favorite team is the Denver Broncos.
Operations Manager
Nick Brown
Nick has been with ConvExx for two years. He studied at the University of St. Thomas. He has been married to his wife since May 2025, together they have two dogs, Oliver (pitbull mix), and Odie (big brown dog). He loves watching sports, football and barketball and loves to play golf. He has recently bought a pellet smoker and loves cooking for friends and family.

Kathryn has been with ConvExx since 2018, she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is passionate about animals and helping women in need. And she always makes time to read a novel or two.

Maria Aguayo
Maria has been with ConvExx since 2018. She graduated from College of Southern Nevada. Hobbies are baking and drawing.

Heidi Whitmyer
Heidi helps our customers and clients march through the mass of detail and information needed to attend and exhibit at ConvExx events. Her favorite hobby is wildlife photography while camping, and her favorite place is Yellowstone National Park. Loves dark chocolate candy.

Connie Balaoing
Consuelo E. Balaoing is a customer service coordinator with a couple of decades as a resolution specialist with experience working in the hospitality and gaming industries. She is a graduate of the San Jose State University nursing science program and has worked with the nursing psychiatry unit of the VA Palo Alto HCS was well as the laboratory of Quest Diagnostics, former AML laboratories, of Northern Nevada Medical Center.

Angel Valentine
Angel has been with ConvExx since 2024. She graduated from UNLV. She has two beautiful daughters who keep her going everyday. She loves going to the gym, hiking, and watching sports. But people are what she is truly passionate about. She loves helping others and building them up. She enjoys spreading love and showing others how much she cares.

Angela Mincy
Angela thrives on lifting up and motivating people. Born in Cleveland Ohio, raised in Los Angeles, California. Obtained a Paralegal degree in 2002 from Platt College in California. Her hobbies are drawing and creating. She has a strong love for her dog Miss Sassy. Her favorite movie is the Green Mile. Favorite quote is “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent”. Her favorite sports team is The Las Vegas Raiders.

Jess Dula
Jess has been with ConvExx since 2024. She was born and raised in Las Vegas and has three wonderful kids. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute. She enjoys cooking and trying out new foods and restaurants. She is a huge movie fan of all different genres. And enjoys home decorating, going to sports events and traveling. Her favorite team is the Atlanta Falcons.

Ivan McGill II
Ivan McGill II has been with ConvExx for a little over a year, serving as our Social Media Coordinator. He oversees all promotional materials before, during, and after each show, working closely with Lindsay Schaeffer, our Marketing and Sponsorships Director. Ivan is a graduate of Pace University, where he earned his degree in Arts & Entertainment Management and Fashion Marketing.

Jayne Wynes
Jayne joined ConvExx in 2024 as an Account Executive. Originally from Ocean Township, New Jersey, she carries her Jersey Shore roots with pride while fully embracing the vibrant lifestyle of Las Vegas. Her passions span music, visual arts, dance, and travel, with the Caribbean as her favorite locale. Jayne thrives on social connection and cultural exploration, always seeking new experiences and perspectives.
Technical Support Specialist
Sean Clark
Sean has been with ConvExx since 2025. They are from Las Vegas, and are currently attending UNLV and aims to graduate in 2027. Sean teaches and performs improv at UNLV and loves spending their free time with friends and family. Sean is a huge Green Bay Packers fan and loves watching football with their family every Sunday.
